Optip Stage

The holographic stage is a new way of communicating, combining the real and the virtual to enable holograms and people to interact.

Holograms take the stage

Through optical effects that exploit the principles of light reflection and refraction (Ghost Pepper effect), holograms are visible to everyone, without the need to wear a viewer. In this way, holograms (3D objects and people) interact in real time with the audience and with those physically on stage.
With the holographic stage, it is possible to immerse speakers (holographic or real) within three-dimensional digital content or create entirely holographic scenes capable of making a greater impact than any traditional event. The holographic stage can be a stand-alone element or part of a traditional stage.

How do objects and people materialize?

As for objects, thanks to the Optip platform, specifically Optip SPACE, it is possible to view objects on stage. The human figure is captured in a green room using a video camera. The image is then cropped and transmitted, either in real time or not, onto the stage. Thanks to a microphone, the person being hologrammed can interact with those on stage.

Events
The holographic stage is ideal for conferences, events, and courses. Thanks to mixed reality, it is possible to create a new and surprising event that captures attention and remains memorable.
Teaching

With the holographic stage, it is possible to teach in a completely new way, thanks to telepresence and the use of “special effects.” The goal is to respond to the evolving needs of education and overcome the limitations of traditional learning.

With the holographic stage, teachers no longer have to physically travel to distant locations for one or more days. Telepresence breaks down distances and makes everything easier. This means that even a luminary on the other side of the world can give a lecture.

Optip Stage for School offers the possibility of conducting lessons in a mixed mode that combines the real and virtual worlds, thanks to the presence of holograms.

Benefits

Immersive lessons: Immersion and interaction with the virtual world captures their attention and improves their ability to retain information.
Remote interaction: Immersion and interaction with the virtual world captures their attention and improves their ability to retain information.
Multisensory experiences: Thanks to telepresence and 3D holograms, they can communicate and interact in real time with people far away.
